Welcome to AquaFindr! To ensure a safe and fair marketplace for all users, we have established this Acceptable Use Policy. By using AquaFindr, you agree to comply with the following guidelines.
1. Prohibited Items
You may not list, buy, or sell any of the following:
- Illegally obtained species
- Invasive species prohibited by law
- Restricted or regulated species without proper documentation
- Counterfeit or fraudulent items
- Recalled, expired, or unsafe products
- Live animals that are unhealthy or mistreated
- Products that violate intellectual property rights
2. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices
- Use AquaFindr for illegal activities
- Post misleading listings or false claims about products
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Spam, advertise, or solicit outside of the platform
- Circumvent marketplace fees or policies
3. Content Guidelines
All content, including listings, comments, and messages, must:
- Be relevant and truthful
- Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or obscene language
- Not contain personal information of other users without consent
- Only use images, descriptions, and other materials that the user has the legal right to use
Store Reviews:
- Store reviews should only be left by customers who have completed purchases from that vendor
- AquaFindr reserves the right to remove reviews from users with no verified purchase history
- Malicious or fraudulent reviews will result in account suspension
4. Shipping & Transactions
- Sellers must provide accurate shipping timelines and tracking information
- Buyers and sellers must honor all agreed-upon transactions
- Chargebacks, disputes, and refunds must be handled in good faith
5. Account Integrity
- Users must provide accurate registration information
- No creation of multiple accounts to manipulate reviews, listings, or sales
- Accounts involved in repeated violations may be suspended or banned
6. Enforcement & Reporting
AquaFindr reserves the right to:
- Remove listings that violate this policy
- Suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities
- Report illegal activities to law enforcement
