Refund Policy
Due to the living nature of plants and livestock, I do not accept returns on these items. However, for livestock and live plant orders shipped within 2 days, DOA (Dead on Arrival) replacements are available with proper documentation (clear photos within 2 hours of delivery). Orders with shipping times exceeding 2 days are not eligible for DOA replacement, as extended transit times significantly increase risk to live specimens.
