Shipping for anything is always done on Monday and Tuesday. So if you place an order it will ship out the following week on these days. This allows me to prep the fish for proper shipment
DOA Policy is as follows: Any DOA claims on live food must be made within two hours of the delivery. I will need a clear video of the box being opened and state of the live goods inside.
