Considered by some people to be a pest plant (I highly disagree) duckweed is a beginner friendly floating plant. It also serves as a great food source for reptiles and certain fish species like goldfish. (There is a minimal chance of pest snails being in the duckweed as it is from my pea puffer system however the chance is always there.)

You’re purchasing 2 stems! Great plant for low light no co2 tanks and does great outdoors as well! Can grow as tall as the body of water it’s in no problem!
This is a nice looking moss for your tank. Weight it down with a stone or a decoration and it will provide a great hiding place for fish and fry. You get a golf ball size portion of moss.
A beginner friendly floating plant, salvinia minima is similar in appearance to duckweed and in the fact that reptiles and some fish love to eat it but grows in a much more controllable nature. The small hairs increase the surface area and create a hydrophobic surface. (Some chance of pest snails but as many removed as possible.)
