Shipping Policy
Shipping & Delivery information We ship Mondays For the safety of livestock being shipped during extreme temperatures: All livestock will be shipped Overnight during the cooler months. We may postpone shipping if the temperature in your area drops below 32 degrees or rise above 90 degrees. We add hot/cold packs to compensate for the temperature during transit. Any delay with shipping you will be notified via email. We only ship out livestock if they have appropriately fasted. Upon ordering, ensure the delivery address is correct and someone will be there to promptly open the package upon delivery. We will send you a tracking number to the email you provide when ordering. Be sure to check the junk/spam folders in the event you did not receive an email from us. We cannot guarantee delivery times for USPS, and we have no control over their delivery delays. If a package runs significantly late, please email us.
Refund Policy
DOA Policy: If any livestock arrive DOA, you need to contact us within ONE hour of delivery by email with a clear picture/video of the fish in the ORIGINAL package. For us to honor this policy all livestock must be shipped Next Day or Two day
