- We only ship within the lower 48 U.S. states.
- All shipments are sent on Mondays, weather permitting.
- Fish require a 2-day purge period before shipping. Orders placed on or after Friday will ship the following Monday.
- We reserve the right to delay shipments due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances to ensure the safety of the fish.

In the rare case of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), we offer a refund (pro-rated per fish in group orders) or store credit—at our discretion—for the cost of the fish only. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for shipping charges on any replacement fish.
📸 DOA Claim Requirements:
- You must provide clear, in-focus photos of the fish in the original, unopened bag within 1 hour of the delivery time (as indicated by the carrier).
- Do not dispose of the fish until we’ve responded—we may request additional proof, such as a photo with the tail removed or a short video.
- We do not require a signature for delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. We are not responsible for fish left unattended, in a mailbox, or on a porch.
