Health Guarantee We guarantee live, healthy snails upon arrival. If your snails arrive dead or severely damaged, you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the snails in the original, unopened packaging. Failure to provide this will void our live arrival guarantee. 4. Refunds & Replacements Refunds or replacements are offered only if the above conditions are met. We do not offer refunds due to buyer’s remorse, shipping delays caused by the carrier, or failure to receive due to incorrect address. 5. Responsibility Once the snails are delivered, their care becomes your responsibility. 💸 Refund Policy Effective Date: [05/01/2025] At Lady Astrid’s Snails, we take pride in the health and quality of our snails. Due to the nature of live animals, all sales are final — but we do offer a limited Live Arrival Guarantee under specific conditions. 🐌 Live Arrival Guarantee We will offer a refund or replacement only if the following conditions are met: • You contact us within 4 hours of the delivery time (according to the tracking info). • You provide clear, timestamped photos of the DOA (dead on arrival) snails in the original, unopened packaging. • The package was delivered on the first attempt. • The shipping address provided was correct. • Weather conditions at both the origin and destination were between 40°F–85°F. If these conditions are met, you may choose: • A replacement shipment (shipping paid by customer), or • A refund for the value of the affected snails (excluding shipping). 🚫 No Refunds Will Be Issued For: • Late claims (after 2 hours of delivery) • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer • Refusal or failure to receive the package on first delivery attempt • Weather conditions outside the safe range at time of shipment • Snails that die after proper delivery (due to tank conditions, acclimation, etc.) • Buyer’s remorse or accidental orders 📦 Damaged Packages If the packaging arrives clearly damaged and it affects the snails, please send photos of both the outside and inside of the box immediately.
