I do not ship live animals when temps are above 85* or below 45*, but, depending on the animal that can vary somewhat. If shipping is requested in extreme temps, the live delivery guarantee is not valid.
Shipping is generally within 3-5 business days once payment is confirmed.
Shipping costs are in addition to purchase of animal, and/or item.
I prefer using USPS but can use UPS or FedEx.

Refund Policy

Refunds on DOA only. Buyer must notify me within 1 hour of delivery time and provide pictures confirming dead arrival. Shipping fees are not refunded. I have no control over shipping so once it has been shipped so please do not blame me for shipping problems.

Neo caridina are a hobby favorite because they are easier to care for and raise. Their colors are vivid and can be solid or colored on their heads and tails with clear middles.
