Ice pack will be used if temps are above 80 degrees. If buyer requests heat packs or ice packs outside of these temperatures, order will not qualify for the DOA policy.Live arrival guarantee when package arrives within 5 days of being shipped; refund includes shipping if all shrimp arrive DOA. If delays are due to shipper (more than 5 days, not including weekends and holidays) cause DOA, refunds are for DOA shrimp only unless the shipping service provides a refund. Subject to change at any time based on circumstances. Seller pays shipping for replacement shrimp.
DOA policy
Must provide photo proof while still in bag within 2 hours of receipt for refund; Shrimp that arrive alive but pass within 24 hours of delivery will receive 50% refund; 25% for next 24 hours. Photo verification required. Unable to provide refund or replacements after 48 hours unless buyer contacts seller within the 48 hour timeframe to notify seller that shrimp have signs of illness, requires video for verification.
