Shipping Policy When We Ship Live fish ship Monday–Tuesday only. Orders usually process within 1 business day. We may hold shipments if weather is unsafe for the fish. Rates & Delivery Shipping cost shows at checkout. Tracking info is emailed once shipped. Someone must be home to receive the box. We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked “delivered.” Packaging & Care Fish are packed with insulation and heat/cool packs as needed. Make sure your tank is ready and water conditions match before delivery. The Live Arrival Guarantee applies only to first delivery attempts.

Refund & Live Arrival Policy We guarantee all fish arrive alive and healthy. Live Arrival Rules Check your order as soon as it arrives. Report any dead fish within 2 hours with clear photos (in unopened bag). The guarantee is void if the package sits outside, is mishandled, or your tank isn’t ready. Refunds or Replacements Approved claims get either a refund for fish only or a replacement (you pay shipping). Shipping costs are non-refundable. No refunds for fish marked “no guarantee,” sale items, or losses after delivery. Non-Live Items Return unused gear within 30 days for a refund (buyer pays return shipping). Exclusions We don’t cover deaths from poor water, bad acclimation, tank issues, or carrier/weather delays. To file a claim, email [Your Email] with order number and photos.
