• Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise noted. • Live animals are only shipped Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Shipping Methods • Live animals are shipped via Priority or Express Mail (1–3 days depending on location). • Plants and dry goods may be shipped First Class or Priority. • Tracking numbers will be provided once the order has shipped. . • In the rare event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must send clear photos of the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery. • A replacement or store credit will be issued (shipping not included), at seller’s discretion.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds/credits apply to the cost of the animal/plant only, not shipping. – Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping for a full refund. Once shipped, no cancellations or refunds will be issued. All livestock is healthy at time of shipment, but coloration, size, and behavior may vary and are not guaranteed.
