Shipping Policy
Fish are shipped out Monday or Tuesday each week. As fish must fast to reduce waste during shipping, orders placed after Saturday will be shipped the following week.
Refund Policy
Picture is example of fish and not exact product or parent. You will be provided with collection date and will need to make sure fish are eyed up before hatching.
The storage conditions and package handling during transportation are out of my control. I cannot be responsible for anything that goes wrong (dead eggs on arrival, dissolved eggs, problems with hatching, belly sliders, hatch rate, sex ratio etc.). No refunds will be issued for such problems ; however, I would like you to be happy, so please contact me if you have issues with fungus eggs.
In the event of DOA fish I require clear pictures of dead fish in an unopened bag within one hour of delivery time. I will refund money only for the fish. Shipping charges are not refundable. I am not responsible for any shipping delays and I will not refund money for delays. By purchasing you agree to the these terms.
